Exclusive Email Blasts:

Please reserve a date for your exclusive email blast. Once your exclusive email blast is scheduled, please provide the final approved ready-to-send HTML file (with the images hosted on a server or, if not, then attached with your email when sending the HTML file) for the email blast as well as the subject line at least one week before the scheduled blast.

Please follow best email marketing practices, keeping in mind what is and what is not widely supported by email clients [e.g. CSS styles are most widely supported when HTML is styled inline rather than via CSS in the head tags (although CSS in the head tag might be necessary for some mobile responsive layouts, please be aware of what is and what is not likely to be widely supported)]. Also, please do not use image maps, javascript, CSS styles in external stylesheets, flash, images larger than 1mb, images in unsupported file formats, or anything else that is not likely to be supported by our email system or the recipients' email client).

There are no particular size requirements. Most exclusive email blasts have a width no less than 600px wide and no more than 800px wide but this is not a requirement. There are no height requirements.

If you cannot create an html file or export an html file from a free visual composer such as mailchimp.com, then please provide a single .jpg file (e.g. 600px wide X 800px tall) as well as a single URL that you would like this image to be linked to.

White Paper/e-Book Distribution & Hosting

Please provide a .html file and a subject line for the email blast and a .pdf file for the downloadable asset (e.g. white paper) while observing the Exclusive Email Blast guidelines above. Please also provide an email address for the white paper download alert recipient.

Sponsored Content

Please provide an article as a .doc file (or .docx file) that includes a headline and a byline as well. You may also include a logo or an image that you own the rights to if you choose to do so.

Advertiser-provided Videos

Please provide a video file (e.g. .mov, .mp4 or other common link or video file format) as well as a .doc file (or .docx file) containing the title and any accompanying copy that you would like to appear underneath the embedded video by one week prior to the start of the scheduled month. We suggest including a call to action line and hyperlink in this text as well.
